01 — Registration

How the referral registration works

Same day of site visit

Register the lead on or before the same day of their site visit. Referrals registered after the visit are not eligible.

Share the details

  • Name of the referred person
  • Their email address & contact number
  • Project they're interested in

Confirm consent

Include the referred customer's consent for a Sugam representative to contact them about their property requirement.

02 — Total Consideration

What counts toward the referral value

Included

  • Basic Sale Price (BSP)
  • Club charges
  • Floor escalation
  • Facing PLC
  • Car parking charges

Excluded

  • Extra charges
  • Applicable GST
  • Any other applicable charges

03 — Payout

Eligibility & disbursement priority

A

First preference — adjustment against future dues

The incentive is first set off against any upcoming dues or demands on the referred buyer's unit.

B

Second preference — adjustment against stamp duty

If the unit isn't yet registered, the incentive is next adjusted against stamp duty.

C

Final option — cheque payout

Where neither adjustment applies, payout is made by cheque within 45 days of the referred buyer's agreement.

Eligibility: the referral incentive is released only after execution of the Agreement of Sale with the referred buyer — not at booking or token stage.

  • Scheme benefits are project-specific and subject to availability.
  • The seasonal scheme cannot be combined with any other referral, loyalty, promotional, or special offer, unless specifically permitted by Sugam.
